南丫島 Lamma Island

南丫島位於香港島的西南面，面積約13.74平方公里，僅次大嶼山和香港島，是全香港第三大島嶼。南丫島東西兩邊均為海峽：分別為東面的東博寮海峽面對香港島南區，和西博寮海峽面對長洲，南面為南中國海，再南一點到達柦桿群島。

Lamma Island is located to the southwest of Hong Kong Island. It has an area of 13.55 km² and is 7 kilometres  in length. It is the third larger island in Hong Kong. The northern village is called Yung Shue Wan (Banyan Tree Bay) and the eastern village is called Sok Kwu Wan. Few people live on the southern part of Lamma. Access for much of this part is by hiking or private boat. Sham Wan, an important breeding site for sea turtles, is located there.

榕樹灣是香港南丫島西北的一個海灣，南丫島有70%居民住在榕樹灣一帶,近年吸引不少遊客到此遠足步行到索罟灣。

Yung Shue Wan  is the main population centre on Lamma Island, Hong Kong. It has a population of approximately 6,000. In recent years, it attract many tourist hike to Sok Kwu Wan.

大嶼山Lantau Island - 昂坪Ngong Ping

天壇大佛是一座位於香港大嶼山寶蓮寺前木魚峰上的釋迦牟尼佛像, 是世界上第二大的戶外青銅座佛，僅次於中華民國高雄市佛光大佛。天壇大佛於1990年動工，1993年12月29日（農曆十一月十七日）佛家阿彌陀誕辰日開光。

Tian Tan Buddha, also known as the Big Buddha, is a large bronze statue of a Buddha Amoghasiddhi, completed in 1993, and located at Ngong Ping, Lantau Island, in Hong Kong. The statue is located near Po Lin Monastery and symbolises the harmonious relationship between man and nature, people and religion. It is a major centre of Buddhism in Hong Kong.

昂坪360，是香港一個連接大嶼山東涌及昂坪的纜車系統──昂坪纜車及其相關的旅遊設施昂坪市集等。昂坪纜車是世界上營運距離最長的吊掛式纜車系統，亦是香港繼柏架山吊車及香港海洋公園纜車後第三個纜車系統。

The Ngong Ping 360 is a tourism project on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. The project was previously known as Tung Chung Cable Car Projectbefore acquiring the Ngong Ping 360 brand in April 2005. It consists of the Ngong Ping Cable Car, a gondola lift formerly known as the Ngong Ping 360 Skyrail, and the Ngong Ping Village, a retail and entertainment centre adjacent to the cable car's upper station.

大澳有「東方威尼斯」的美譽。大澳位處離島上，遠離煩囂的市區，較少受到都市化的影響，所以仍舊保留早期香港的漁村風貌。大澳風景秀麗盎然，水道上的高架屋──棚屋，是漁民的居所。現時是遊客的熱門景點之一。

Tai O is the name "Venice of the East" in the world. It located on outlying islands, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, less affected by urbanization, so early reservations are still a fishing village in Hong Kong. Tai O beautiful scenery and lush, elevated house on the waterway  ─Stilt Houses, fishermen's homes. It is the famous for the tourist travel in Lantau Island.

大嶼山 Lantau Island

大嶼山位於香港西南面，是香港特別行政區境內最大的島嶼，中國第六大島嶼，離島區的一部分。在島裡有很多出名的旅遊景點: 大澳、寶蓮寺、昂平360和東涌。

Lantau Island is the largest island in Hong Kong, located at the mouth of the Pearl River. Administratively, most of Lantau Island is part of the Islands District of Hong Kong. A small northeastern portion of the island is located in the Tsuen Wan District. The popular attractions in Lantau Island are Tai O, Po Lin Monastery, Ngong Ping360 and Tung Chung.

張保仔洞

張保仔是清朝的海盜，活躍於南中國海一帶，據說當時他的船隊有600艘船隻以及5萬人，主要劫掠官船或外國貨船，並以劫富濟貧為人所樂道。後來，清廷招安誘降張保仔，任命他為海軍軍官。張保仔洞位於長洲之上，傳說這裡就是張保仔的藏寶洞。這洞吸引不小遊客到家探險,但請注意現在的藏寶洞中已沒有寶藏有興趣者帶手電筒就可以了。

Cheung Po Tsai Cave

Cheung Po Tsai is a star subject of many stories and movies. The historical character was a notorious pirate in the South China Seas during the late 18th century, and is said to have once commanded a fleet of 600 ships and 50,000 men. The Cheung Po Tsai Cave on the island of Cheung Chau was one of Cheung’s stash houses. We recommend bringing a torch. Cutlass and parrot are entirely optional.

北帝廟

已有逾200年歷史的北帝廟，是每年長洲太平清醮（農曆四月八日）的舉行地，而北帝廟前的廣場，在太平清醮期間則會搭建三個掛滿平安包的包山，上演連場緊張的「搶包山」比賽。北帝廟（又名玉虛宮）歷史悠久，廟前闊大的石梯和廟宇頂部的七色彩龍，予人宏偉莊嚴之感。您可以在廟內一睹兩件古物的風采，分別是清朝的金木雕和宋朝的鐵鑄大劍。

Pak Tai Temple

This temple is also the centre of festivities during the quirky and wildly popular Bun Festival, which falls on the eighth day of the fourth month in the lunar calendar.

This cultural gem contains gold-plated woodcraft dating from the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911) and a Song Dynasty (960–1279) iron sword. The sculpted dragons adorning the roof are classic Chinese architectural features.

This festival is the famous celebration in Cheung Chau. The islanders have a strong sense of community and those who have left to work elsewhere will return for this celebration. For the thousands who crowd the ferry boats to the erstwhile pirate haven, this is the spectacular Cheung Chau Bun Festival. The weeklong event includes Taoist ceremonies and music, a parade, lion dances, drum beating and an exciting Bun Scrambling Competition involving a tower of buns.

我的最愛在香港 My favourit travel districts in Hong Kong

我想對於香港大都都知道有分了18區。

哪一區是你們最喜歡的呢?東區?南區?北區?
在香港旅遊你們又喜歡做什麼呢?觀光?吃?逛街?

如果你問我,也許我的答案是"離島區"。
為什麼?
因為我覺得旅遊就是要享受要放鬆,
但在香港這個如此繁忙的城市裡,
要找一個真正能使人放鬆的地方是真的不多。
而離島正是我的首選。

All the pepole know that in HK have 18 districts.
Which district you like most? Eastern? South? North?
What you would like to travel in Hong Kong? Sightseeing? Eating? Shopping?

If you ask me which districts I like most, may be I will say "Island"
Why?
For me, I think that travel should be enjoy and relax,
but Hong Kong is a busy city.
If we want to find a place for relax is so difficult.
Then, island is my Frist choice.
